Christy and her husband, Matt, along with their son, Tell, live on a 1,600 acre ranch north of Steamboat Springs in the Elk River Valley.
They lease about 20,000 additional private and public acres and run a year round cow/calf operation. They also graze 1,500 yearling cattle every summer and harvest over 500 tons of native hay. The Belton's really enjoy their lifestyle and they consider themselves fortunate to be able to live and work in the Elk River area.
Christy is one of just 12 Accredited Land Consultants with the Realtors Land Institute in Colorado and brings a well-rounded approach to ranch and recreation property transactions.
